We posted a few weeks ago about a NYC chocolate shop that wanted to call itself "The Chocolate Library," but the state Education Department nixed the idea under a NY statute that prohibits the use of the word "library" in business names. The NYT's Diners Journal reports that The Chocolate Library has triumphed and will be allowed to open under this name. Just in time for Valentine's Day!
