I feel like I am in all-Kagan, all-the-time land. But when I speak to educated, informed non-lawyers, their awareness seems to be limited to knowledge that someone named Elena Kagan was nominated and that she was once dean of HLS and may or may not be a closet socialist and/or a closet conservative and/or a closet lesbian. So one way to avoid Kagan overload is to simply not care as much as those of us who follow the right blogs and what-not.
