Justice Kennedy Bobblehead Joins Collection
We are pleased to unveil the third addition to the Zief Law Library collection of bobbleheads with the addition of the Justice Kennedy figurine. Justice Kennedy is dear to this blog's heart for a number of reasons. First, he is California born and taught Constitutional Law for over 20 years at our esteemed Sacramento neighbor McGeorge School of Law. Secondly, Justice Kennedy spoke at the dedication of the recently refurbished Kendrick Hall. Finally, he is responsible for one of the clearest and most unequivocal statements ever made in a Supreme Court decision when he wrote in the case of Lawence v. Texas that : "Bowers was not correct when it was decided, is not correct today, and is hereby overruled.."
