Olson and Boies Join Forces to Challenge Prop 8

Remember Bush v. Gore?  Of course you do!  The whole nation held its breath while Bush and Gore battled each other in the courts to determine the outcome of the 2000 presidential election.  Perhaps you don't remember that former Solicitor General Ted Olson represented George Bush and David Boies represented Al Gore in arguments before the Court.  This week, these two legal powerhouses have joined forces as co-counsel to challenge Proposition 8, filing suit in federal district court.  What a fabulously exciting development!  Watch the American Foundation for Equal Rights press conference for more info about this lawsuit.
