Last Hold-Out Falls -- Researchers/Citizens Gain Access to Pennsylvania Law Over the 'Net.
According to a recent report, the state of Pennsylvania will join the 21st century and become the 50th state to make its statutes available over the Internet. Currently, Pennsylvania is the only state without free web access to their statutes. The print version of the code is contained in Purdon's Pennsylvania Statutes Annotated, published by the good folks at West/Thomson. It is an almost drop-dead certainty that the digital posting will not include all the annotations, cross-references and other crunchy goodness contained in the 100+ volumes of Purdon's. But half a code is bettern than none.
